Make an Impact | The Climb Annual Event
Gallagher & McGuire Advisory partnered with Make an Impact to elevate their signature fundraising event, The Climb, through strategic event planning and targeted marketing execution. By refining messaging, strengthening donor outreach, and implementing a more structured event strategy, the organization saw a measurable increase in engagement and giving. The result was an additional $25,000 in donations, helping expand their reach and deepen their impact within the community.

SERVE | Organizational Infrastructure & Growth
Laurie and Laura supported SERVE in building a strong operational foundation to sustain long-term growth. This included developing core infrastructure, implementing a streamlined technology stack, and advising on Board of Director structure and functionality. Bernie’s Book Bank | Volunteer Program Development
Gallagher & McGuire Advisory partnered with Bernie’s Book Bank to strengthen and expand their volunteer operations. By developing a structured volunteer program, improving outreach, and organizing systems for ongoing engagement, the organization significantly increased participation and efficiency. The initiative resulted in 125 new volunteers and a sustainable, well-organized program to support the continued collection and distribution of books to children in need.
